LE RAMEAU DE CHAMPFLEURY - CHEZ LOUISE
Restaurant in Sainte-Anne preparing Creole recipes, seafood specialties and a Rameau platter.
Louise worked at Chez Gracieuse (her mother) in Cap Chevalier before opening her own business. The Creole recipes are declined with a lot of flavors: fish blaff, “Tahitian” fish, Creole black pudding… Same for the specialties: the Ti régal de la mer (half lobster, crayfish, fish skewer), the Marmite de Louise, the Rameau platter (half lobster, accras, black pudding and stuffed crabs). The staff are welcoming and the setting is green.
