New food-truck in Sainte-Luce offering delicacies with Creole flavors.
An Asian caterer with Creole flavors? That's what this new food-truck that travels around the south of Martinique offers. On the menu: yellow banana or chicken nems, Wantan ravioli with pork, yellow banana and flavored mushrooms, royal Bo Bun, red tuna sushi cake (one of the food-truck's successes), not to mention the famous sushi donut (12 cm of deliciousness!). Madiniasia changes address every evening: Tuesday in Petit Bourg, Wednesday and Friday in Sainte-Luce (Céron traffic circle), Thursday and Saturday in Lamentin (Place d'Armes traffic circle).
