Residence in the French West Indies with contemporary apartments and a restaurant.

Since 1999, this group has built two residences in the French West Indies, one in Sainte-Luce, Martinique, and the other in Sainte-Anne, Guadeloupe.

In Guadeloupe, the complex is located in a huge flowered park on the beach. It has contemporary apartments equipped with a kitchenette on the terrace, a dining area and a living room for up to 6 people.

There are 3 restaurants, 2 swimming pools and 2 beaches. It also features a water sports centre, a children's club, a laundry and evening entertainment.

Pour nous l'ambiance Pierre & Vacances nous la connaissons bien en Métropole mais la je trouve que les appartements devraient être refait et mettre un vrai frigo et non un top avec la chaleur le pauvre il tourne toujours sans faire de frais

Un site magnifique, un personnel très attentif, des progrès à faire sur la partie boulangerie, des difficultés à trouver une place sur le parking, des studios pratiques avec leur kitchenette.
