Buenas tardes ,efectivamente no estábamos alojados en la suit pero lo menos que se espera de un 5 estrellas es que las habitaciones estén a la altura(unos mínimos),en cuanto a comunicar de las faltas de elementos de higiene por supuesto que lo comunicamos en recepción pero no resolvieron absolutamente nada,lo comunique al dia siguiente pero nada de nuevo en fin....
