Beautiful hotel with excellent service. The rooms are very nice and comfortable with very good decor. Thank you Natasha for the help arranging the birthday roses.

대성당, 시내 중심, 알함브라까지 걸어서 이동할 수 있을 정도로 위치가 좋습니다. 조식은 가벼운 뷔페와 함께 별도 요금을 받지않는 주문할 수 있는 메뉴들이 있고, 사진에 보이는 중정이 있는 아름다운 건물입니다. 옛 수도원 건물을 리노베이션한 것도 매력 포인트 중에 하나구요. 방에서 알바이신, 알함브라, 시에라 네바다 산맥이 보입니다. 직원들 모두 프로페셔널하고 친절했구요. 다만 Gran Via 대로변이여서 소음이 있고 옆 방과의 소음 차단이 잘 안되는 점은 아쉽네요.

Vale la pena descubrir éste antiguo convento, convertido en Hotel. Cada rincón es una grata sorpresa admirar. El silencio y su claustro, junto con su patio mudéjar, invitan a disfrutar de su entorno.
El personal con una atención exquisita.
Habitaciones bien, con todo lo necesario.
Totalmente recomendable.

The reception desk has a very friendly and helpful crew that made reservations for us in some great restaurants. They loaned us umbrellas due to rainy days and printed our documents we needed. A very classy and helpful crew. Especially Carlos.

辦理入住時櫃檯人員感謝成為忠誠的萬豪鈦金會員，接著就注意到媽咪的生日，聊了一下我說對的，我們這趟是為了幫她慶生，創造屬於我們的回憶，因為媽咪年紀越大的確越不太好行走太多路，我不希望留下這樣的遺憾，希望能帶她出來走走；櫃檯人員幫我們確認房況後，早上10點立馬讓我們入住，而且三天兩夜直接讓我們升等到Junior Suite，還讓我們延遲退房到下午4點，感恩一路上遇到的人，謝謝你們。

從大廳走到房間的路途中可以感受到這是一間多麼不平凡的飯店，不僅顯現出格拉那達的特色（與阿罕布拉宮部分設計很相像，及可愛的小窗戶），更保留了16世紀的修道院特色；此外房間有暖氣可以調節大小，當然如果覺得很熱也可以打開窗戶透透氣，我們的房間還包含了陽台，所以可以好好的體驗這邊的氣氛；走出飯店外斜對面就有麥當勞及星巴克，還有非常熱鬧的格拉那達大街，在這邊你可以買到當地很有名的牛軋糖、各種香料、衣服及鞋店，甚至可以沿著最熱鬧的大街一路走往阿罕布拉宮。

早餐則是在-1樓層，雖然品項不多，但基本是可以吃飽，且也有單點的菜單提供更多的選擇，吃早餐的同時更有古典樂陪伴，非常的享受????

Really awesome hotel. Service was great, and they’ve maintained a lot of the history of the building. In a great location, 15 minute walk to Alhambra and 5-10 to all sorts of restaurants at the base of the hill.

Romantic, stylish and perfectly positioned in Granada's Gran Via. Special thanks to Natasha who assisted us! Their restaurant, Il Claustro has delightful take on Andaluasian cuisine, I would highly recommend as well.

Fui a una cena del un Colegio Profesional y como era de esperar todo muy bien organizado, bebidas y comida.También hubo música de una pareja de jóvenes con canciones de varias épocas. El antiguo Convento es especial, muy céntrico y bonito.

Amazing customer service, great location, stunning courtyard with historical gravestones. Delicious buffet breakfast, steam and sauna are great after a day hike at the Alhambra. The hotel has a nice, unique aroma.

The front desk staff have been most kind and helpful. The lobby and gym (with stream room and sauna) are huge. Conveniently located in the center of everything. We walked to and from Alhambra in 15 minutes each way.
