Order your sushi on a screen and receive it on a small train linked by a ramp to the kitchens. Spectacular sushi!

In Japantown, which is bursting with good addresses, this restaurant is very much in the Japanese spirit. Take a seat at the bar, equipped with screens, to order your sushi. We recommend tempura rolls, California-style dragon rolls and lobster rolls. Get ready, they're delivered by a little electric train that runs along the bar connected to the kitchens! When it arrives, it rings, and don't forget to send the wagon away!

The monorail that delivers small plates and the robot that brings larger plates is a fun gimmick. It always gets the kids excited. Food shows up quickly, is tasty, and the price is OK. So, overall, a great place when a sushi craving kicks in. There even is a pretty nice selection of desserts ... or you can always pop across the street for the best Japanese grocery store in town and pick up more snacks for the way home.

The only downside with the fully automated service experience is that you can't easily special order anything. Even just asking for more pickled ginger is impossible to do when the electronic ordering tablet

Say what you will about these places but I enjoy the concept. It's no frills, on your own time and decision and the value/quality meets expectations.

I appreciate how efficient it is especially when I have cravings and know what I want. I can lounge and spend time or have a tasty and fast lunch if I'm shopping in the area.

Today I personally ordered the ebi fry curry and horse mackerel nigiri. It was busy so that meant lots of different things were getting ordered. I've been here before where the food felt a bit cold but my fish was the right temperature, firm and not overly fishy.

The ebi fry curry could have had another piece but it fulfilled my craving. All the booths were taken so we sat at the wall section. The host was able to combine me and my partners bills even though we ordered on separate screens so that was nice. We are in and out in about 30 mins which was pretty awesome.

For my food and an additional rainbow roll and salmon sashimi with tip it rounded to about $70.

Great food. Prepared timely and presented to table hot. Very clean establishment. I will patronize it again.
