All 30 rooms with carpeting with carpeting each have a bathroom, air conditioning (reversible but limited to heat) and cable TV. The rooms have a variable quality, and they are very well-kept and different, two per floor are interior (no light of the day), to avoid, those facing the street can be a little noisy. Situated in a quiet area not far from the tourist sector but quite well connected by public transport, this residencial enjoys a rather pleasant reception (even the Gérance Mar dos Azores).

Pena não puder dar menos que 1 estrela..fiz o check-in com a minha filha de 11 anos..chovia dentro do quarto pelos candeeiros,escorria água pelas paredes..o chão estava coberto de água,na casa de banho corria um fio de água.. deplorável, nunca estive num sítio tão mau.. funcionárias super mal educadas.. não recomendo de maneira nenhuma..e aí por cima o preço bastante alto para a péssima qualidade em todos os aspetos.. qualquer coisa é melhor que pernoitar naquele local..

Muito Péssimo, sem atendimento durante 24h muito mau, e a tomar banho de água fria durante três dias seguidos. Não recomendo.

Mold, not isolated electricity cables, old bedsheets with cigarette holes, everything stinks, even water.
But if you are budget traveler and you just need place to sleep, you will get used to it after 2 days.
Staff was quite nice.
