All 30 rooms with carpeting with carpeting each have a bathroom, air conditioning (reversible but limited to heat) and cable TV. The rooms have a variable quality, and they are very well-kept and different, two per floor are interior (no light of the day), to avoid, those facing the street can be a little noisy. Situated in a quiet area not far from the tourist sector but quite well connected by public transport, this residencial enjoys a rather pleasant reception (even the Gérance Mar dos Azores).

La de recepción es una maleducada y las instalaciones no están nada bien. Por el precio que cuesta no merece nada la pena, hay mil sitios mejores en lisboa.
