The Water Museum is a collection of monuments and buildings from the 18th and 19th centuries that play an important role in the history of Lisbon's water supply, and today form a historical, heritage, technological and scientific trail. The museum includes the Aqueduc das Águas Livres, the Mãe d'Água reservoir, the da Patriarcal reservoir, the Barbadinhos steam station and the Loreto gallery (an underground tunnel lined with stone canals used to transport water to fountains).

Le musée ne comporte que 4 salles
Les écrans et les œuvres interactives ne fonctionnent pas, ils sont occultés
La salle des machines et turbines n'a pas d'explication écrite, seulement une vue visuelle
Le musée est accessible et n'a pas de visite guidée
Pour se rendre au musée, l'itinéraire est difficile et non accessible
