HÔTEL CHURCHILL
Charming hotel with comfortable rooms in a picturesque cobbled lane accessible to the public.
Certainly, Churchill never lit the end of a cigar, but we no longer count the number of veterans of the British Army or the Royal Air Force who stayed there, not to mention the old IM. A vibrant tribute to the brave soldiers of the D-Day, the place is filled with memories of the Second World War and the Landing: black and white photographs, windows full of objects related to the period, books available on the subject… But if the Churchill excels in the duty of memory, it remains above all a charming hotel, beautifully situated in a picturesque paved alley accessible to the public in the day, closed in the evening. The rooms are comfortable, a little retro, but we dared the colour (if you like, ask for the room with sunflowers). The bathrooms are just a few minutes away from the hotel. On the welcome side, we would like to know where the owners recruit! The staff are not only competent, but they would go to great lengths to satisfy you. Another asset, the Churchill has a boutique as luxurious and attractive as possible, to visit absolutely. Last but not least, at Churchill, we have the sumptuous breakfast - sumptuous - in a room bathed in light thanks to its glass, under the watchful eye of the cows of Van Luc!
