Le Mozaïc, one of the world's finest restaurants, offers a unique gastronomic experience. Recently renovated, Le Mozaïc comprises three spaces: a gourmet restaurant with 6- or 8-course tasting menus, an experience table where the chef presents his creations and explains how they are made, and the Tipple Room, a bistro. Chef Blake Thornley, an international chef originally from New Zealand, brings local inspiration and international culinary techniques to the table. This table promises an unforgettable culinary journey.

The atmosphere, the food the service, everything in this place was nothing short of amazing!

Great ambience, fab presentation, excellent preparation... We had the Botanical and Seasonal 6-course menu, and the veg options were incredibly unique - bamboo, grapefruit, dates all served as savories. Ayu and Ade were impeccable with their service. Excellent Duku cocktail. Wines were the only item not matching the meal in terms of quality of selection picked.

To be honest, we were a little bit disappointed given this restaurant describes itself as Michelin star worthy. It’s certainly not. It’s decent food but the taste notes are too flat, the personell while super friendly not deep enough to even recommend a wine pairing. We ate better at other places around Ubud
