Le Mozaïc, one of the world's finest restaurants, offers a unique gastronomic experience. Recently renovated, Le Mozaïc comprises three spaces: a gourmet restaurant with 6- or 8-course tasting menus, an experience table where the chef presents his creations and explains how they are made, and the Tipple Room, a bistro. Chef Blake Thornley, an international chef originally from New Zealand, brings local inspiration and international culinary techniques to the table. This table promises an unforgettable culinary journey.

The drink alien clouds was really good! We had the beef rendang tartare, the crispy duck with tomato and caper confit, the mushroom risotto with parmesan, the moelleux with raspberries, and the parfait. The beef was really well seasoned with perfect crispy chips. The creamy potatoes were the star of the duck dish (which is not ideal for a Michelin starred restaurant). The duck itself was good but not memorable. The risotto was really good! For dessert, the parfait came overly frozen so the texture was off but had a good balance of flavor. The moelleux had the perfect texture and correct balance with the raspberries making it the standout. Overall, I was expecting more but it was good anyways.

Been here twice, first in February (tried the 6 courses seasonal menu) and the second time in March (tried the 6 courses botanical menu) . Both times exceptional food, service and overall an unforgettable culinary experience. Very creative combination of flavors by Chef Blake, I love how the dishes incorporate local Indonesian ingredients. I’m not vegan but really enjoyed the botanical menu, one of a kind and really unique. Both menus are worth the price! Make sure to come with an empty stomach, the set menus are super filling, because aside from the 6 dishes there’s a 3 pieces amuse bouche while waiting at the foyer, chef’s amuse bouche and after dessert you get petit fours. The cocktails using tropical fruits are also super creative and delicious!

Amazing experience. Food was sensational... only thing we didn't really love was the lobster. The mango cheese cake was the best thing we've ever eaten! Service was impeccable. Will be back 1000000%

Mozaic is an amazing experience and not just a great dinner: the chef and his crew put together an amazing sequence of intriguing creations that put together wonderful local products with skills and inspiration from all over the world.
You should definitely want to go to Mozaic with the curiosity to discover something that you do not know, delight your eye and please your taste.
We went for the 8 course menu with wine pairing. I could say that the "worst" course was very good, with most being for me excellent or exceptional.
The staff is very attentive and took great care of us, the venue is extremely pleasant and the vibe resonates with Ubud.
I would put Mozaic in my best dinners list together with few French, Italian, Japanese and Thai.
I will not spoil the surprise with my pics, so you will only see what I started with: a Bloody Mary. Doesn't look like one? You're right. It was an amazing one!
