Le Mozaïc, one of the world's finest restaurants, offers a unique gastronomic experience. Recently renovated, Le Mozaïc comprises three spaces: a gourmet restaurant with 6- or 8-course tasting menus, an experience table where the chef presents his creations and explains how they are made, and the Tipple Room, a bistro. Chef Blake Thornley, an international chef originally from New Zealand, brings local inspiration and international culinary techniques to the table. This table promises an unforgettable culinary journey.

Tastenya sangat experimental. Memadukan bahan lokal yang bisa dijadikan dishes yg tidak pada umumnya, namun dengan rasa yg unik, bisa dinikmati, dan menjadi pengalaman baru. Buat yg suka masak, bisa jadi bahan inspiratif untuk kreasi rasa dan aroma. Sangat mengagumkan. Sekedar saran, beberapa dishes mungkin butuh dibuat dg aroma spice yg lebih kuat shingga bisa lebih kelihatan yg ditonjolkan, semisal andaliman. Buat bule sih udh ckup, buat selera lokal agaknya hrus lebih kasar kick out spicenya????.
Hospitalitynya juga baik. Staf bisa blend in dengan berbagai kultur customer. Bhkan saya yg orang Bali asli ditreat layaknya percakapan antar orang Bali namun ramah.
Ambiencenya romantic. Cocok dengan lightingnya. Namun untuk saya yg curious dg presentasi makanannya, perlu menghidupkan senter Hp utk lihay detail makanannya. Overall wonderful experience of taste yet reasonable price.

An absolutely sensational experience. One to never forget. If you know someone that doesn't understand the intrinsic beauty behind salient foods such as this, bring them here. They will stimulate all of your senses. The best fine dining experience we have had thus far.

Our first day of our trip in Bali, wanted to start it with amazing culinary experience and they did not disappoint. Amazing, amazing experience from the moment you walk in the lounge having the canapés, to the dining area for the starters and the garden area for main course and desserts. Ambience was perfect for us who wanted to have fine dining experience but not feel so ‘uptight’.
Staffs are very knowledgeable with every dish and are on point with giving us excellent service. Food blew our mind. It was well created using the balinese hand picked local resources and using french culinary techniques.
We had a break in between and explored a bit of the place, surprisingly it was big. The story of this restaurant is also inspiring especially during Covid times and their evolution.
Hands down to the team for giving us a memorable experience and will definitely recommend to our mates that are traveling to Bali. ♥️

Best meal I've eaten in Bali.
What a great experience for Ubud.
Had the 8 course menu w wine pairing.
Superb team, technically sound cooking and well thought out menu of old classics w new twists. FOH were welcoming and made us feel extra welcome. Wines were brilliant and produce was well sourced.
If you are looking for a special occasion meal then you must try Mozaic.
Stand out dishes for me: Fois Gras, Scallop- cauliflower and Venison.
Keep up the amazing work and see you again soon.

As control freaks; the only surprise we did not like is 10% fees + 10% service on top of the listed prices. I would feel much comfortable if it was communicated beforehand or written bigger.
