Family run budget hotel with spacious air-conditioned rooms near the Principe train station

Just 150 m from the Principe train station, a small family-run budget hotel with 13 simple but very spacious rooms, some of which still boast beautiful17th-century ceiling frescoes and marble floors. A certain charm and comfort, with air-conditioning, TV, minibar, hairdryer and safe, but the establishment is not soundproofed and you can hear the noise of traffic on the street side. If possible, book a room on the upper floors. A kind of family guesthouse, a convenient base in the heart of the city, friendly and unpretentious.

Such a cute and quaint little hotel, with a beautiful painting on the ceiling (see photo attached) and really close to Genoa station, and with other attractions and restaurants around. The lady at the reception was super nice, she even took time to give us recommendations of places to eat and visit in the city and allowed us late checkout until 7 pm for free. Definitely recommend for a budget stay with service worth more than what you pay for.

Un hotel 2 stelle pulito e confortevole, in una posizione strategica rispetto alle principali attrazioni del Porto Antico e della Stazione di Piazza Principe.
La mancanza del servizio della colazione e la cura di alcuni dettagli della camera potrebbero dare ancora maggiore valore all'hotel già così assolutamente consigliabile.
Buoni consigli turistici e la disponibilità dimostrata hanno reso ottimi il servizio, l'accoglienza e la cortesia.
