Venice has a public transport network managed by ACTV. Venezia Unica cardholders can also activate a profile in the customer area to carry out various operations, such as applying for the Venezia Unica virtual card, preparing the application to issue and renew the Venezia Unica card, consulting the contents of the card, viewing purchases and downloading useful certificates for the tax return. It is also possible to reserve certain services, such as the Tronchetto-Lido ferryboat or parking spaces for the disabled. Items found on public transport or on company premises are collected at ACTV's head office in Mestre, where they remain available for 30 days.
