Venice is a beautiful and unique city, known for its romantic canals and historic buildings. To get around the city, visitors can use ACTV's vaporettos and buses. Customer service is also available every day from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to answer questions about public transport schedules, routes and fares. Venezia Unica cardholders can also access a personal online area to carry out various operations. Lost and found is collected at the ACTV station in Mestre and remains available for 30 days. After this period, they are transferred to the city of Venice's lost and found offices. It is also possible to pay fines online and request invoices for public transport services.
