Great attention is paid here to the satisfaction of the five senses: colours, materials, furniture, fragrances, Venetian and Tuscan cuisines revisited, kindness and quality of service, intimate and warm atmosphere. Carpaccio from radicchio to pecorino, raw fish, chocolate foam in khaki sauce, a cellar of 90 labels of good bottles from Piedmont to Sicily passing through Sardinia: the foot! The house is provided by stars, such as the butchery Tozzetti Di Mercatale, Via di Fsip (Firenze), or Dario Cecchini from Panzano (in Chianti), the butcher, the usual master of the Dégustation tasting dinners. Chef Iacuzio Domenico sets a different menu every season and it is a treat. The hotel also has a Bed & Breakfast.
