In a chic, informal setting, you can admire chef Salvatore Sodano and his team, visible in the open-plan kitchen, working with the finest seasonal ingredients to create dishes where creativity reigns supreme. Indeed, you'd be hard pressed to find a better place to enjoy spaghetti with oysters and smoked butter, flavored with bergamot, or quail with raspberries and cocoa. Such a exceptional experience. We showed up when the restaurant opened and left when closing, for 4 hr dinner! We had 9 course meal, cheese plate and matching wines. I expected to be hungry but was so full. In between there was surprise menu which gave us refreshing moment!
