Managed by Benedetta Fullin, this trendy address is sold out at lunch and dinner. In a chic and informal setting, we admire the chef Salvatore Sodano and his team, visible in the open kitchen, who use the best seasonal ingredients to create dishes where creativity reigns supreme. Indeed, it would be difficult to find another place to enjoy spaghetti with oysters and smoked butter, flavored with bergamot, or quail with raspberries and cocoa. The presentation of the plates is worthy of contemporary works of art.

We saw a 10% discretionary service charge tacked on at the end. We're familiar with the coperto, or cover, charge and the water charge; however, the service charge was definitely an one off for us. We haven't had any service charge at any other restaurants in Italy (both regular and Michelin stars). Taking off a star for that.
Even though I was dining alone, the staff were so friendly and helped me feel at ease. They also paced the courses so there wasn’t a long break between course.
The restaurant design was well thought out , infusing the logo of the restaurant into the Venetian marble floor poured on-site, into the paper seal, and to the glassware decorations throughout the restaurant. Overall exceeds all of my expectations.
