Restored th century palace, directly overlooking the Canal Grande. The rooms, air-conditioned, overlook the Grand Canal or the small garden of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is ideal when you arrive by car or train. Nevertheless, we have found some shortcomings: The continental breakfast is rather poor and, due to noise, double glazing in the rooms would be desirable.

Katastrophe!!!!!!!!!! Leute, geht ihr nicht dahin. Sooo dreckig habe noch nie ein Hotel gesehen. In Badezimmer Waschbecke war verstopft, Fenster in Zimmer war zerbrochen und mit Küchenrolle getropft. Bett war zu dreckig!!!!! Personal auch nichts besonderes!! Ein Stern ist zu viellll!!!!!

Easy check in and location is near many transportation options. The only reason why I didn’t provide 5 stars was because the hotel is very outdated. It is for sure “old world charm” which is appreciated, however I do think they could update furnishings, bedding and curtains for an affordable price that would elevate the space, some. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay, our room was very clean and it was quiet, so I give 4/5.

Hôtel top, très bien placé, service top équipe serviable et reactive , petit déj hyper riche ...je note la chambre 4 étoiles car vu le prix honnête de cet hôtel on ne peux pas s'attendre à une chambre deluxe.
Rien à dire de négatif. Je ne partage pas les avis négatifs des gens qui veulent le beurre et l'argent du beurre.
Je reviendrai avec plaisir à cet hôtel.
Merci pour tte l'équipe qui a rendu notre séjour agréable.

La ubicación es buena pero nada que ver con las fotos que describen el hotel paredes con humedades camas incomodas y por si fuera poco las colchas manchadas de sangre y pipí

Hotel scorretto e disonesto. Ha anticipato il giorno della cancellazione, mi ha estorto 207 euro dalla carta. Non sono potuta andare in viaggio causa una visita in ospedale urgente della mia figlia piccola che ho documentato. Ho tentato di parlare con loro, ma non vi era personale che parlasse un buon e degno italiano, oltre ad essere poco educati . Non ci mettete piede e tenetevi ben lontani. Ancora oggi 12 marzo non mi hanno rimborsato nemmeno una piccola parte della somma intascata, nonostante hanno risposto in un italiano stentato che lo avrebbero preso in considerazione.
