In the charming Accademia district, a 24-room hotel in a th century building built by a noble family. The original architectural elements are noted: Gothic facade with a bigéminée window, outdoor stone staircase in the courtyard, coping wells… The small garden offers a quiet moment to relax. All rooms are air conditioned. Bar in the hotel. The price is quite high and the reception sometimes a bit harsh, but the outside staircase is a monument of architecture and is worth it alone.

Wir waren vier Tage dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen .
Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein , aber für einen Städtetrip absolut ausreichend .
Sauberkeit und Angestellte sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend .
Danke an den netten Herrn an der Rezeption für den Taxi-Tip und Bestellung dessen : - ) .
Das Hotel liegt ziemlich zentral und alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen.
Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Slightly off the beaten track ( or at least I think) rooms on the compact side, staff very nice and helpful. Lots of character and the breakfast is great value.

Nice service. Good location between transit area and downtown. Has AC and a nice courtyard. Rooms however are quite small, smell of old carpet/furniture. Decent but not great.

Beautiful old building right on the canal. Our room was upgraded, so we had a view of the water. Large room with a nice bathroom. De Longhi coffee maker in the room. Beautiful continental breakfast. We were able to walk to our tour meeting point. Many nice restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend.
