I cannot recommend Pink Iceland highly enough. I approached Hannes November with a marriage deadline of the end of the year. He was able to sort through the logistics and create a wonderful experience for an incredible Winter Solstice wedding. My husband and I did not care where we were married, we just wanted to elope and finalize the marriage before the end of the year. I approached elopement companies in 4 different countries in order to accomplish our goal. Not only was Pink Iceland one of the only companies to ensure they were up for the challenge, but they also provided us with an incredible wedding day we will never forget. 5/5 stars for feel, support, logistics, and wow factor.

We hired Pink Iceland to help us arrange our elopement. We were lucky to be paired with Sigga as our planner, she helped us navigate a lot - a lot!! - of trouble with getting our paperwork squared away here in the U.S. before we got married. Sigga was so patient and persistent, and we were able to get everything in on time. When we got to Reykjavik, in addition to being extra helpful with one last paperwork snafu on the day we got married, Sigga met us at the magistrate's office to be our witness, and was so warm, friendly and assuring (she also made some really sweet photos of us since we planned to dress up and make our own photos a few days later). Our elopement was everything we wanted thanks in large part to Pink Iceland -- we're really grateful they exist, and highly recommend!

Between our first meeting in January 2022 and our wedding day in August 2023, Hannes and Pink Iceland made us feel like the most important people in the world. No request was too much, no idea too outlandish.

Words cannot express how wonderful our 3-day wedding weekend was and how thankful we are that it was organised by the absolutely amazing Hannes at Pink Iceland. From our first meeting, to the post-wedding Blue Lagoon trip, he made our entire experience easy and enjoyable. The planning spreadsheet of all costs, broken down into sections, was an absolute thing of beauty.

We took 60 guests on a whirlwind 3-day wedding weekend with tours of the Golden Circle and South Iceland and everyone complemented and noted how beautifully organised everything was, from buses to food to accommodation. Nothing was too much trouble and our every thought and wish was considered as we planned our big day. Having Hannes made the whole experience relaxing, stress free and a joy to organise. Every person involved in our wedding made it so special and it was wonderful to see the great relationships between Pink Iceland and all the wedding vendors.

We had the most incredible, magical wedding weekend and we cannot thank or recommend Pink Iceland (especially Hannes!) enough, they are simply excellent.

Pink Iceland was a dream come true for our elopement last June. We had lots of questions and Sara helped us through the entire way! On our wedding day, Edda was our planner for the day and she was absolutely lovely. Pink Iceland has the best people and did a wonderful job all around. Thank you for making our dreams come true and making our wedding day a day that we will never forget!

We eloped in late November with Pink Iceland. We knew it would potentially be crazy weather but it was our only option. All through the planning, our planner Valdi was exceptional in providing us with information, answering our myriad of questions promptly,  and working with us as our budget changed.
Our actual wedding day was beyond anything we could have wanted. Between Valdi and our photographer (Laimonas with Sunday & White Studio), our officiant Hilder Bjork, and my hair and makeup artists Gundrun Hjartar (all vendors recommended by Valdi)  we could not have asked for a better team. We had communicated the things that were important to us. Experiencing the beauty of Iceland while not being surrounded by lots of tourists. Valdi and Laimonas delivered on that request again and again. We had the most lovely ceremony overlooking the ocean from a site I had really wanted to visit. Our officiant Hilder spent time making sure the ceremony was special and personalized. Even though she just met us we could feel her joy in seeing us pledge to spend our lives together. This was  followed by a tour of Snaefellsnes with  stunning location after location for photographs. On top of all that, we were treated like royalty.

Valdi came extremely well prepared for anything we would need. Cozy coats, umbrellas, warm drinks, snacks, drinks. He was an amazing host. My husband and I are both pretty introverted and the combination of international travel, being with strangers all day, along with being photographed could potentially be exhausting. Valdi and Laimonasmade us feel so at ease. It was like being driven around by old friends. I could not recommend them more as a team. They had vision for the day, but rolled with weather changes and were always open to our suggestions and feedback. I can not recommend a better team than these two.
This was the wedding of our dreams and day we will remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you, Thank you, Thanks you!

There aren’t enough superlatives to describe the amazing service that Pink Iceland provides! My husband and I wanted a low key but special elopement that could include my young children. The day was beyond anything we expected. Gloey was our planner and she is spectacular! She thought of every last thing and made it feel so special. She didn’t bat an eye when it came to including my kids. She was so accommodating and easy going.

Planning from day one was easy and stress free. I never felt concerned despite planning from afar. Gloey understood the vibe I was going for even though I didn’t give her much to go on. Her picnic skills are top notch :) The photographer Kristin Maria was perfect, captured the day and my family flawlessly. Gloey suggested Inga as our officiant - she nailed it with that recommendation! Inga weaved in both my husband’s and my cultures, made us laugh, and told a beautiful story of our relationship.

All in all, it was the perfect day and it wouldn’t have happened without Gloey and Pink Iceland. Look no further - these are your go to people!

Pink Iceland has been absolutely incredible. Our wedding planner Heidrun was something special (we’d recommend her to anyone and everyone) — she was able to keep us relaxed and stress free during the whole planning process. We are from Denver, CO and had never been to Iceland before. She planned multiple days of tours for us and our guests (which we would highly recommend) everyone loved it and we were all able to see so much of Iceland. Arni was our tour guide — he was very personable and by the last day felt like apart of the family/ friend group. For our rehearsal dinner we wanted something unique and Heidrun recommended Frioheimar which is a tomato greenhouse — all of our guests said it was a rehearsal dinner they’d never forget. The atmosphere was wonderful and the food was delicious — none of us realized how much we’d enjoy so many different foods incorporating their tomatoes (my now husband isn’t a big tomato guy and he LOVED everything). On our wedding day we did a private photo tour with our photographer and Gloey — she took us to Þórufoss a waterfall where we were able to get unbelievably beautiful photos. We cannot thank Heidrun enough for making our wedding week and wedding the most special time of our lives. There truly isn’t anything that could have made it more perfect. Coming back to Iceland is high on the list and when we’re there we hope we get to see Heidrun again and catch up on where life has taken all of us.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would! We had the most incredible experience with Pink Iceland and got THE BEST TEAM we could have ever asked for! When we decided to get married in Iceland we inquired with a handful of companies, but after the first email exchange we knew Pink Iceland was who we wanted. From the initial zoom meeting, to all the email correspondence, Sara made every step of the process stress-free and fun for us! Everything was clearly laid out. She provided many suggestions and options, but we never felt pressured into anything and got to decide every single detail.

They really do their best give you an incredible experiece. We had a dream team of Sara (planner), Kristin (photographer), Arni (officient), Gloey (set up), and Porhildur (our guide) - we honestly couldn’t have picked a better, more fitting crew for us! Our wedding day was completely stress free, as they had everything taken care of! We had the best time with them, it felt like we were among friends even though we had just met! Pink Iceland made our dreams a reality! I can’t express how grateful we are to the wonderful staff at Pink Iceland and of course our wedding planner Valdi. From the first steps of planning until the wedding day Valdi was exceptional. Everything was perfect!

Valdi listened to our ideas and understood exactly what we liked. Organising our ceremony with the wonderful officiant Arni in the Spectacular ceremony location at Gígjagjá cave. Everything was set up beautifully including a delicious picnic that was enjoyed by all our guests. Our photographer and videographer had come over from England and were greatly aided by Valdi throughout the day with his excellent knowledge. Our evening private chefs were brilliant and so was the Photo Booth and cake, all organised by Pink Iceland.

We came across Pink Iceland while scrolling Instagram, little did we know that contacting them would be the best decision we made for our wedding. Planning a wedding is daunting enough, let alone while you’re moving to a new country, and have chosen to exchange vows on an island in the North Atlantic. Thankfully Sara made everything so much easier and removed more stress than we could have imagined. She was extremely professional, but felt more like a friend than someone we’re working with. We really did not make anything easy for her and Pink - we had a much shorter planning window than I think most couples start with (less than 6 months). Decided to elope, then changed to inviting a small family / friends group. We had some difficulties obtaining some documentation for the certificate (our oversight), and we had an 8 hour time difference. Not once did Sara seem flustered, or be anything but positive and say we can make it happen. Plus she also crafted an amazing pre and post wedding adventure for us. When we started to discuss our plans and grand ideas with her - we realized we didn’t have any - and Sara was able to guide our decisions and chose the perfect flowers for us, suggested the ‘triangle’ which we just adored, delivered a perfect wedding cake with close to zero direction, decked out a perfect picnic, plus hair and makeup for my wife. Sara was even able to set up a nail appointment for my wife to make sure every detail was taken care of. Just to emphasize how great she is - when we flew to Iceland we met up with Sara - she chose a spot where we could hand over our documents and offered to hold onto our dress & suit so we didn’t have to trek them around the country on our pre-wedding excursion. The absolute craziest part of the wedding - and Sara, Pink, Kaco Films, Julie Rowland, Arni, and Ragnar’s dedication to providing a world class experience - we changed the date, the DAY BEFORE the wedding. Some background - our entire wedding party was in Iceland early as part of our planned trip, and with Iceland being Iceland, the weather for our special day was forecast to be nothing short of terrible. We were advised there was zero chance of any photography turning out, and everyone would be miserable - so Sara suggested we bump up the date by a day. This was on Wednesday - our wedding was on Friday. We have no clue how Sara managed to persuade all of our amazing vendors, reservations, event space, and everything - but she pulled it off. Flawlessly. If you were to tell us that would have happened, we might have had a panic attack - but we knew everything was going to be fine - and Sara made sure we were taken care of. What’s crazier still, is she was finishing up another wedding hours away when she was making all of these changes. Somehow she also had time at midnight Wednesday to drop off our dress / suit at our hotel for the next morning. We truly could not have asked for a better, more memorable experience. The day was truly amazing - photos and video surreal - memories that will last forever. The extra effort that was put in by everyone was outstanding - Sara even responded to a panic text / call after the wedding about a reservation I thought I messed up - but of course Sara had it dialed in. Working with everyone, especially Sara was such an amazing experience we almost wish we could do it all again, and again, and again. We’ll never forget them, and thank them for everything they did.

Working with Pink Iceland to plan our destination wedding was an absolute delight, and I can't recommend them enough. When we decided on Iceland, we were unsure about the logistics of a destination wedding. Pink Iceland's stunning portfolio immediately caught our attention, assuring us they could turn our inspiration into reality. Sara from Pink Iceland was our main planner, meticulously overseeing every detail, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Even when faced with last-minute requests like arranging a videographer just two days before the event, Sara delivered. Thanks to her and her team, our 3-day wedding event with 33 guests was magical.

Our photographer, Kristin Maria, was amazing. We'd been fans of her work on social media for over a year. On our big day, she surpassed our expectations. Her lively and fun approach made our photo sessions enjoyable, and the resulting photos perfectly captured our love and the day's emotions.

Reflecting on our wedding, there's nothing we'd change. Both Pink Iceland and Sara took our ideas and crafted them into a day beyond our dreams. My wife and I worked with Pink Iceland for our wedding in early september and from the very first email to them they have been amazing. Specifically our planner Sigga helped us with every little detail and somehow managed to make planning our wedding the easiest and most stress free, not to mention fun, experience. Pink Iceland is a company of wonderful, caring, detail oriented and efficient people. Would also like to give a shout out to everyone who was with us on our wedding day. Aslaug our hair stylist was awesome! Our officiant Haukur was a very peaceful presence, calmed all of our nerves and gave us a truly spiritual and meaningful ceremony. Our driver Gudni and photographer Kristin who spent the day with us felt to us like we were old friends. WOW! I still can’t believe we had our wedding in Iceland. Alex and I are both from the US and we are so thankful that Pink Iceland exists. Heiðrún stuck with me through it all even when I was stressed about planning. We had a specific vision in mind and the venue did not disappoint. As we look back on our wedding, there’s really only one word that can describe it: magic. I've worked with Sara and Pink Iceland for over a year to set up my wedding. I cannot say enough good things about all the services that they offer. They are able to work within any budget and bring creative activities to small weddings. For example, instead of a cocktail hour doing a prosecco walking tour through the city to the reception location. The planning process they use allows the back and forth to be simple and effortless communication. Once the wedding day came they took care of everything the day of so me and my wife were able to just relax and enjoy our day. They thought of alternatives as well depending on the weather. Overall I recommend Pink Iceland for all your wedding needs, and travel needs as well.

We had the most magical, beautiful wedding day and adventure that would not have been possible without Glóey and the Pink Iceland team! Glóey was very detailed and communicative, cared about our needs and wanted our day to be OUR day that is personalized to our story, and helped plan a fun weekend for us and our families to tour Iceland prior to our wedding. Pink Iceland & our planner Birna were amazing to work with to plan our wedding in Iceland! Due to COVID, we had to delay our plans and make changes. Pink Iceland was very understanding and accommodating of these changes and helped us every step of the way. The communication was phenomenal - I was never left wondering what to do next and never had any fears that the wedding would be stressful or the paperwork may not be correct. I did not utilize the travel planning side of the company but would definitely contact them first if I would like to have any pre-booked travel the next time I visit this beautiful country. My wife and I worked with Pink to and specifically Glóey Eyjólfsdóttir and their team to help us build an ABSOLUTELY PERFECT wedding experience with our immediate friends and family as well as put together an itinerary for our honeymoon. Including my wife and I our party totaled 25 people and Pink helped us put together a "surprise" itinerary for everyone. We wanted to surprise our guests with a few fun things because as we were doing a destination wedding we also coordinate with everyone to help them make it their summer vacation. (Pink does travel itineraries too!)

Pink helped us focus on the things that were important to us. We did white water rafting with all of our guests, we strongly recommend doing this in general in Iceland. The next day we did our wedding in front of a beautiful waterfall that was a short walk from the hotel they helped us locate and book out as it had just enough rooms for us and our guests. After the ceremony and a delicious picnic my wife and I did a photo shoot at some hand picked locations including some that others might think are less accessible in a wedding dress and suit but Glóey helped us find amazing spots that we had to ourselves. On our last day with our guests we did a hike to a hot spring and let that be our relaxation before our honeymoon.

My wife and I are adventurous people so Glóey then helped us rent a camper van to circumnavigate the island and helped make a travel plan with highlights to do each day. When you travel like this give it about 10 days if you want to do the entire ring road, but also give yourself time to go to the public pools and the various hot springs and spas because even though you're sleeping in a camper van you can still have tons of adventures, wonderful food, and pampering. Make sure to understand the Icelandic road signs for attractions and hikes because some gorgeous places we visited were just us deciding to stop since we had some time to spare. The main things we focused on were the hiking and sights we wanted to see as well as the food. Glóey helped us by identifying delicious restaurants that we could stop at each day, we aimed to get one meal per day that wasn't made by us in our camper van and all of the places Glóey recommended were delicious.

Heiðrún organized the most incredible elopement for us. From communication via email over a year in advance to day-of logistics. We were so happy with how it turned out. Pink Iceland has this well organized, their documents made sure I was able to ask for and think of anything. I would recommend to anyone.
