This dark place, with its windows in bouteille, is the oldest café in Lausanne, classified as a historic monument. It was in 1780 that a wine dealer decided to open this "pint" to sell his production. Since then, the Pinte Besson has never changed his name. In addition to a good choice of spirits, traditional dishes such as fondue and cheese cake are served as well as seasonal cuisine and slate meat. Small terrace in summer, brighter than inside!
