I spent a night at my partner August, broken down air conditioning unit, invasion of fourmies after noon, cockroaches night, for €95 per night... avoiding!

Heating not started (we were in winter) and electric radiator that little heat and make jump leads (the lady of the hotel showed us to have fun to jump leads) and cold water dinner (the lady of the hotel said that because we were wet we do not feel the fact that the water is hot).
Not to mention the fact that you have tried to make you pay 400€ are too.
In short: the weather is cold, it is poorly received and one tries to ripped us...
