LE DELOS
Gastronomic restaurant on the island of Bendor serving a refined menu, seasonal and the best products with desserts
It is to Bendor what Garlaban is to Les Embiez: the gastronomic reference of the island. Refinement, seasonality and excellent products are the order of the day here. A la carte, for example, as a starter, the strawberry and rhubarb duck foie gras or the langoustine, in two courses, in carpaccio with citrus fruits and cromesquis with basil. As a main course, the choice is varied with, among others, the Quercy farmhouse rack of lamb, with Taggiasca olives and lemon confit, marjoram short juice, or the wild sea bass in a puff pastry crust, vegetables of the moment, lemongrass butter - which is the signature dish of the restaurant which is eaten as a couple. For dessert, you will surely be tempted by the Grand Cru chocolate, flavoured with strawberry and aniseed, strawberry sorbet and Ricard...
