This pretty square is lined with a few restaurants, hotels, ice cream parlors, century-old trees and a church of the same name. It used to be used for military parades. It is one of the most important and best-known squares on the island and you will have no trouble finding it, especially since it is only a 5-minute walk from the port. All the commercial activity of the island, including bicycle rental companies, is concentrated around this square. In summer, it is a good place to stroll on the terrace at aperitif time or to play petanque.
