Charming hotel with a closed park equipped with terraces-tones realizing a traditional and Mediterranean cooking
This beautiful white mansion with its turrets was for almost a century the residence of the owners of the island of Port-Cros. Converted to the hotel today, and managed by descent, it always enjoys an exceptional charm, with its fenced park of 2 hectares, planted with eucalyptus, pink laurels and centuries-old palm trees. Meals are served on large terraces overlooking the sea, facing the fort. The map, renewed by the seasons, celebrates traditional and Mediterranean cuisine: Jacques salad and fruity gambas, fine pie of nachos tomatoes, burbot burbot burbot, square of roasted lamb with old or even poached apricots and its sherbet.
