This restaurant with a friendly atmosphere and design decoration is run by the talented chef Jordan Olivo. He was inspired by the barbecues he used to organize on weekends with his friends and family; as the name of the place suggests - "charcoal" meaning "coal" - everything is cooked over a fire. On the menu: a seasonal cuisine that features both inventive vegetable compositions and fine cuts of meat, ranging from Angus beef tenderloin to prime steak.

Really incredible. Not inexpensive. But you're getting farm-traced, naturally raised duck, pork, chicken, prime grade cuts of beef. Sides are inventive made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The shaved baby gem lettuce with charred scallion vinaigrette was just one of the great examples of really great sides. We will be back again

You guys really charged someone 12$ for a orange? Sure it was reasonable they were charged for eating the orange but 12$ and saying your on a citrus shortage? I think that’s just a scam to get more money

Very impressed with the food overall. We had the Ribeye Steak, the Loup de Mer, the Grilled Calamari and the Caeser Salad. Everything was pretty good except the Caeser salad which we didn't like. The service was also pretty good.
