Specializing in hand-cut noodle soups - or kal-guk-su - this excellent Korean restaurant also serves dumplings - ravioli also known as mandu - bibimbap - rice served with minced beef, egg garnish and sautéed vegetables - and its must-try bossam - boiled pork belly served with crunchy pickled cabbage and kimchi made from spicy radishes. A culinary experience in its own right, with dishes that are as tasty as they are hearty, and always presented with care.

Ate there two weeks ago and lost my water bottle there. Called them the same night and confirmed they have it. Told me to pick up anytime before 9:30pm. I went there today only to know they don’t keep it anymore. The waiter told me they usually keep the stuff left by customers at the top of their register, but will empty it when there’re too many things. What I saw today is an empty table with nothing. The waiter was speaking Korean with another waiter with smiles but not explaining any further information to me.
To be fair, the food was good. I’m just so disappointed in how they deal with simple things like this.

cold buckwheat noodles were 10/10, sweet and tangy soup. I wished they had the soy bean ones but they said it’s summer only. the portions are massive, we got the clam and pumpkin kalguksu, noodles were thick and chewy.

Had their Bossam and Kalguksu. The Bossam pork belly was tender but flavorful. The mouth feel of the noodles was wonderful and the broth was velvety and rich. Fast, efficient and actually friendly service despite being very busy.
- clean and good vibes
- affordable
- best bossam I’ve had in the US
- fast
- short waits
- paper towels in bathrooms
