The food was very good. The 2 slices of pepperoni pizza shown cost 6 dollars and taste great. The bun has a fluffy texture with various toppings. Primarily really good marinara sauce and multiple kinds of cheese along with crunchy slices of pepperoni. The meatballs were also very good, although they aren’t in the picture. These meatballs are bathed in marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese, making for a really good and filling meal. I also advise not to get any dessert from the restaurant, primarily the panna cotta. Instead of the jelly-like, bouncy texture it is supposed to have, the dessert is more like the left-over cream from tiramisu (mascarpone cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract, heavy cream) diluted with half & half. The flavor is frankly not good and the dessert costs 5$. I would also recommend to not buy beverages in the restaurant due to the marked up prices.

Only come here for the pasta. The pasta is 5 stars, but the pizza is nothing special and the salads are terrible.

Just got the bolognese for lunch. For me, the flavor is more like generic marinara sauce with meat in it. I am disappointed. I will give this place a second chance later.

UCLA, you're lucky to have such an amazing Italian restaurant nearby. Protect it at all cost! I've heard about it from a friend and she said they have affordable and authentic Italian food so my mom and I checked it out.

We came on a Sunday afternoon. The vibe is casual yet cozy. The menu is small and straightforward...Pastas, Romanian Style Pizzas and some desserts. The pasta was cooked to order. We had CARBONARA and BOLOGNESE. Wow, the pasta was fresh and cooked al dente. Generous portions. It was one of the best pasta dishes we've ever had.

We also tried their SAUSAGE and MUSHROOM PIZZA. Generous with the toppings and the dough was soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Perfect!! It didn't need anymore condiment or whatsoever!

Food was served in a timely manner and service was great! Highly recommend it!

Horrible customer service , the two women working feb 2nd 2024 were both on their phones sitting down talking when I walked in instead of /assisting me they both stair as if I’m not supposed to be in there . So I had the greet them and told them the order I was there to pick up one proceeded to scroll on her phone while the other one pause as if she had to think if she should grab the order or not then got up. Idk what’s in the air but you people need to learn how to have some professionalism number one and customer serivce for two y’all just hire anybody atp

Toppings are fresh and of good quality, but the crust is greasy and very fastfood-like.

You would struggle to find a better plate of pasta anywhere in the states, nay, the world. Perfectly cooked fresh noodz with delicious, deep, rich sauces. Fair prices. Casual atmosphere, not stuffy at all. We will be back.

Vegans beware!

The sign up at front says in big underlined words "vegan options". We have visited the location twice to ask about the vegan options, and we purchased food only on our secomd visit. One of the employees said there were multiple items on the menu that can be made vegan. A different employee said there is only one option that is vegan and nothing else, since the pasta is made of eggs. We tried the only vegan pasta that both employees agreed were vegan, and they served it with cheese on top.

I feel like it's misleading to use the terms "vegan options" when there is only one option, and even then they went out of their way to ensure to feed us something that was not vegan friendly. Overall a poor experience :(

DANGEROUS: The food is pretty tasty, so this is my second time here. But, today, I dined alone and, as I ate a piece of the black truffle pasta, found this hard, silver, wiry confetti-looking piece of material inside my mouth. I almost swallowed it at first thinking it might be a rough edge of a truffle. To the owners: PLEASE do not EVER, EVER let this happen again.

This is a great little place in a college town. I got a slice of the burrata and anchovie pizza. The burrata was really solid and would definitely get it again. The anchovie was underwhelming cause there was only 1 1/2 anchovies on it and the sauce was ok. But for $14 it is a pretty good amount of pizza. I sat in the out door patio area and it was really nice. It is tucked away from the street so it’s really quant and adds a lot to the eating experience. Would recommend this place.

Good food, but the restaurant could be way more clean. The tables and chairs were dirty.

Saw the cute courtyard and decided to try the restaurant attached to it. Initial impressions from staff were not great. They seemed very unwelcoming and generally unhappy. We evidently arrived an hour before closing, but the restaurant was quite busy still. Odd that the closing time on a Saturday night is only 9pm but anyway.

However the saving grace was the wonderful outdoor courtyard which truly elevates the dining experience! And the food, some of the most amazing dishes of Italian cuisine that I have had in quite some time! We tried 5 of their pasta dishes among the 6 of us and all of them were to die for! With food that good, they could give me attitude all day; I most definitely will be coming back for more as it's just so exquisite!

Look past any unwelcoming vibes from the staff because the food here is just perfect!

Outstanding pizza, and a lovely atmosphere and place to dine. If you want pizza and pasta on the Westside and in Westwood, this is absolutely the place the go.

This is probably the best pizza in LA. The staff are super nice, this is really a hidden gem. Great food, and the back courtyard is beautiful and charming!

We just celebrated UCLA graduation here with my daughter, her 3 roommates and our friends and family. There were about 40 of us. Enrico was amazing, so accommodating and easy to work with. The food was terrific and the drinks kept coming. Everyone loved it. And so reasonably priced. I highly recommend!

Had been wanting to try this place for some time and finally did tonight. A few things good, few more not so good.
The pizza with mortadella and pistachio was absolutely phenomenal. It doesn't look like it's on the regular menu but should be. Yum. The lasagne was good. Very hearty and filling. Similar to lasagne from Bologna but a little heavier. The carbonara, however, was not good. Broken scrambled eggs with smokey bacon. The flavor could possibly work but the texture ruined it. No chance to improve it because mine was the last order of the night. Couldn't judge until at home and disappointed. Went there at 8:40 expecting to dine in but could only order to go. Fridays and Saturdays should not have a close time of 9pm. I was looking forward to a glass or two of wine and some nice pasta but here is another early close establishment. Too bad. Please consider later hours on Friday and Saturday - most of the other establishments in the immediate area are open later.
I'll be back for that mortadella pizza again for sure and maybe the lasagne, but I hope the carbonara gets better and that the hours change.
