The CUT restaurant is located inside the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, with the design of Richard Meier. The other big name associated with this site is the excellent chef, Wolfgang Puck, who has made up a menu of recipes from all over the world, all with steaks and seafood. Prices are expensive, but experience is worth a detour: The service is exceptional and the restaurant's clientele is the epitome of the Hollywood spirit.

purreo semolina crips - refreshing, smoked yoghurt is a big surprise
MUST order the Australian & American Wagu - taste perfect pairing with the horseradish sauce
40 day dry age USA RIB eye - you can taste the umami and the outside crust is extremely crispy
MUST order the dessert - chocolate soufflé, rich chocolate flavor
