The Le Provençal hotel restaurant is divided into two parts: "Les Mûriers" features traditional, home-cooked Mediterranean cuisine and fish specialties (bouillabaisse, grilled fish, lobster tank, rock fish soup, linguine with lobster and shellfish coulis, roasted veal sweetbreads with lobster...), while the "Bistrot" offers brasserie-style cuisine with daily specials, salads and delicacies. It is also a tea room and ice cream parlour, for a refreshing break on the terrace overlooking the Saint-Tropez golf course.
