Occupying the roof of the former Ursuline convent, this bar-restaurant offers a breathtaking view of the Chora. It opens for brunch in the morning and transforms into a bistronomic bar-restaurant in the evening, offering a creative menu and island cuisine by chef Harris Bonanos. One of the signature dishes is fish fillet with wild legumes, cream of potato soup, sun-dried tomatoes and fennel broth. The wine list is made up exclusively of Greek references, including several natural wines. Excellent cocktails.
