He has tirelessly scoured the island's mountains in search of this edible treasure, and can now share a few secrets. He also organizes truffle-hunting hikes that end at the Nissaki hotel restaurant with a meal of mushroom-based dishes, such as gnocchi with mizithra and truffle.
