Restaurant in Giens serving delicious fish soup, land and sea dishes and homemade desserts

As its name suggests, this restaurant specialises in traditional bouillabaisse, which it makes marvellously with rock fish from local fishing (port of La Madrague). You can also enjoy a delicious fish soup simmered for 3 hours, accompanied by homemade saffron croutons and rouille. The dishes on the land side are not to be outdone: beef tartar with a knife or roast duck breast with honey and its polenta. In addition, the desserts are homemade. A beautiful convivial address, facing the small port of La Madrague.

En ce début mars il est difficile de trouver une bonne table ouverte. Nous avons été ravis de cette belle adresse LA BOUILLABAISSE, un très bon accueil, un un délice pour les papilles de l'entrée au dessert. Un grand Merci au chef pour ses préparations ???? vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés ????

Table à ne pas manquer ,produit frais, plat excellent, serveuse au top seul bémol un chef qui passe en salle en ignorant totalement les clients. ( après avoir complimenté les plats ). Dommage

Une très belle surprise et très belle découverte. Ce déjeuner en terasse post-rando avec vue sur le port restera un très bon souvenir. Le menu du jour était délicieux et plein de saveurs, et nous avons été accueillies très chaleureusement. Je recommande fortement ! ????
