Situated in the heart of the Estérel massif, 3 km from Agay beach, this campsite boasts a 10,000m2 water park with 5 pools, 4 slides and 4 pentaglides, as well as a fitness room, an accrobranche area, mini-golf and sports fields (tennis, squash, etc.). Services include a bar-restaurant, grocery store, bakery and newsstand. It is the only campsite in Saint-Raphaël to offer pitches for caravans with private hot tubs, as well as mobile homes with hot tubs and private pools.

De l’Attente au restaurant suds et service très moyen

Manque d’animations
Bungalow bien agencé et terrasse super
Proposer d’autres animations (jeux .. ) à la place des répétitions en début de soirées.
Manque un point d’eau sur la plage de sable .

Die kleine Abzüge waren jeweils wegen ganz kleinen Dingen, wie zu wenig Schatten im Poolbereich, eine Person im Kiosk die 2 Mal da war und beide Mal sehr unsympathisch bedient hat. Alle andere Mal war die Bedienung top und die Auswahl im Geschäft super.
Der Preis ist sehr gerechtfertigt und Service und Sauberkeit richtig gut. Viel Auswahl und Animation.
Die Videos helfen gut beim 1. Wahl des Mobilhomes, jedoch ist Homepage und App zu wenig dynamisch und „neu“, obwohl fast alles nachgeschlagen werden kann.
Checkout und -in sind sehr gut organisiert, nur wundert es mich dass die Liste wann man auschecken möchte (Uhrzeit) erst ein Paar Tage im Voraus erstellt wird, dass falls man es „zu früh“ meldet muss man halt nochmals zurückkommen um es 7 Tage später wieder zu melden. Hingegen wenn man das nicht „rechtzeitig“ macht, wird freundlich angerufen um zu nachfragen - dabei hätte die Rezeption es doch einfach beim ersten Mal aufschreiben können. Sonst hat die Rezeption 2 Probleme unverzüglich und gut erledigt.
Wir möchten nochmals kommen, Esterel ist 5* wert.
