In the grounds of the Bakoua Hotel, this pleasant address overlooks the beach and enjoys a magnificent view of the bay of Fort-de-France. The cuisine is fresh and Creole inspired. You can enjoy large mixed salads at lunchtime, fish and grilled meats. Suggestions follow one another all week long: Monday chicken colombo, Tuesday chatrou (a sort of small octopus) fricassee, Wednesday pork with lemongrass, Thursday fish brochette, Friday sailor curry, Saturday fish blaff, Sunday lamb fricassee. After that, a nap under a parasol is a must!
