Eddy, the chef, was born into the restaurant business (his family runs the Pignon sur Mer restaurant next door), and worked in Paris and London in some fine establishments, perfecting his techniques. Now back in his homeland, to the delight of epicureans, he offers a menu resolutely focused on the sea. Fish and seafood specialties include lambis au citron vert salad, depending on availability, délice du pignon and ravioles de fruits de mer à la crème de crustacés. A simple, authentic place.
