Hotel must prepare for lack of water by filling containers or drums for guests to take a bath and flush toilet. It is very unsanitary and uncomfortable to have to stay here with these conditions. If you cannot afford to replace tents, stair railings they should be kept clean. They were filthy and I was bit turned off from even eating. However, it was nice to be close to the beaches, shops and restaurants which gave it a nice vibe.
