One star restaurant with bar in Beaune offering homemade cuisine based on fresh market produce.
Former owners of the restaurant Benaton, the owner of a star, Isabelle and Bruno Monoir are now head of a new establishment whose identity looks very similar to them. The name of the restaurant is a winch to a Benjamin Biolay song that the couple loves. In their dining bar, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The concept wants Bruno to cook before his clients. Behind the bar where bottles and glasses are lined up, there is a whole kitchen. Curious and passionate people can settle directly at the bar, on a dining-up, to watch the team cook while enjoying their meal. Here, as we would drink a simple glass of wine, we eat a flat. If you prefer, free to settle in the room more classically. Contemporary decor preserves a genuine stone staircase in Burgundy. On the map, you don't get lost in useless details with a single lunch menu that includes entrance, dish and dessert whose titles change every day, and enough to delight everyone. Everything is made home and prepared minute with fresh products, mostly from the market. There is simply nothing to say, it is beautiful and it is good.
