Founded in 1731, one of the oldest wine houses in Beaune! In 1820, Bernard Bouchard purchased the site of the former Château de Beaune, a royal fortress built in the 15th century by King Louis XI. The Cave du Château is a contemporary space dedicated to wines, with a playful itinerary. From Tuesday to Saturday at 2:30 p.m., the "rendez-vous Maestro" opens the cellars to you for ageing and expert tasting of 6 great Burgundy wines. An estate of 130 ha for 9 generations with magical climates: Montrachet, Corton-Charlemagne, Beaune Grèves Vigne de l'Enfant Jésus.

Excelente wines and Clement receive me very well... It's a big one from borgondy, but have soul and make good wines, especially about Domaine wines
