In the Dijon metropolis, the south does not simply mean the beginning of the Grands Crus road with vineyards as far as the eye can see. This name also refers to a sector with 2,500 companies and 18,000 jobs that irrigate its areas of activity. Its economic parks, located in the municipalities of Dijon, Marsannay-la-Côte, Chenôve and Perrigny-lès-Dijon, represent the largest commercial, artisanal and industrial zone in the Dijon and Burgundy agglomeration! However, they suffered from a lack of image that needed to be addressed. This has been done since the creation of the Portes du Sud, a unique name for the 10 business parks. Clear signage has accompanied this change and made it easier for consumers and employees to travel. The Commercial Union of South Dijon completes the system. A real tool for the commercial animation of the area, it is heckled with the Golden Fleece, its direct competitor from the north of the conurbation. Les Portes du Sud aims to promote the 450 brands and 3 hypermarkets in the sector, which alone represent 11,000 jobs. Finally, it publishes two magazines a year under the name Les Portes du Sud Le Mag.
