What a lovely store! We're crazy about Sébastien Hénon's chocolates, gourmet treats, confectionery, creative tablets and macaroons. After a stint as a pastry chef in Lyon, this chocolatier and confectioner returns to the Côte-d'Or, where he is expanding his hand-crafted collections. A boutique has opened in Dijon, another in Plombières-les-Dijon, a place for creation and "Chocolatez" duo and pro workshops, and a third in the center of Pommard since 2023.

Réponse au nouveau propriétaire; c'est effectivement une grosse déception, je venais à Pommard chez l'ancien propriétaire et le choix était plus grand, tout était fabriqué sur place, et surtout la qualité nettement plus élevée, sans parler de l'accueil qui était au top. Vos chocolats sont quelconques, on peut retrouver cette qualité et originalité partout, ce qui n'était pas le cas avant. Voilà, la comparaison ne joue pas en votre faveur, et je m'aperçois que les bonnes notes et commentaires que je vois datent de plus de 2 mois et concernent l'ancienne équipe.
