From the Greek word meaning "inclination towards the pole", or the slope, KLIMA is a new gastronomic restaurant. In a cozy room with Art Nouveau touches, chef Lionel Freitas concocts sparkling dishes. The tasting meal includes a 3-course menu and 6 to 9 house wines. The food and wine pairings play on the 5 senses, the sommeliers tell you about the wine at each service. A passionate and creative cuisine to sublimate the wines of the Leflaive estate.
