Julie Leflaive takes up the motto of her father, Olivier: "Make people love Burgundy, Burgundies and Burgundians! The result is a passionate, creative and free-spirited cuisine created by chef Lionel Freitas, and enhanced by the Domaine's wines: snacked pollack, jus d'arêtes, roast saddle of lamb, shoulder rennet. A true experience for the senses, the chef deserves to see his table awarded a star. After your meal, visit the cellar, go out into the vineyards or take a Wine Bike ride.
