Mushroom speciality restaurant in a room of the Château du Hameau de Corcelotte
The Champignonnière meal is an atypical gastronomic experience. In this château, the restaurant invites you to sample starters and dishes whose main ingredient is mushrooms from the Dijon mushroom farm! Two rooms are available: one in a 13th-century room, the other in an 18th-century room. Blandine Lecherf, who trained with some of the world's greatest chefs, invites you to sample her delicious plates of mushroom creams, tartars and ravioli.
