The history of the Neyrat factory dates back to 1852, it was the first umbrella manufacturer in France. After relocating to China, Neyrat reestablished its factory in Autun in 2014: it is now a high-end umbrella manufacturing workshop where several high fashion brands entrust their productions to it. Parapluie acheté il y a 4 ans, utilisé disons 150 fois en comptant large et depuis peu... il se transforme en lambeau (au point que certains clous / vis rouillent et cassent). Tout ceci alors que j'en ai toujours pris grand soin (le laisser sécher, ne pas m'en servir comme une canne, etc.)
(pas de réponse franche (mail et téléphone) et de possibilités de réparation pour les fixations des baleines par exemple)

C'EST HONTEUX pour une entreprise qui nous vend le Made in France comme un gage de qualité alors qu'en fait... il n'en est rien !
