Gourmandise is the art of using food to create happiness, that's what the menu tells us and that's certainly what Sandrine and Cédric Caillet's restaurant has in store for us. A dining room in two distinct spaces and a private lounge, elegant and neat in grey and white, combining the rustic charm of stones and wood with modernity. The burgundy is a reference for the Ile Saint-Laurent. In the menus, tradition flirts with revisiting for unusual and gourmet discoveries. An absolute delight for whom we are pleading again this year!
