Restaurant in Chalon-sur-Saône preparing revisited traditional menus and a menu of delicacies.
Gourmandise is the art of using food to create happiness, that's what the menu tells us and that's certainly what Sandrine and Cédric Caillet's restaurant has in store for us. A dining room in two distinct spaces and a private lounge, elegant and neat in grey and white, combining the rustic charm of stones and wood with modernity. The burgundy is a reference for the Ile Saint-Laurent. In the menus, tradition flirts with revisiting for unusual and gourmet discoveries. An absolute delight for whom we are pleading again this year!

L’entrée de tomate superbe la tarte tatin excellente ???? maintenant le pain burger malgré les effort du restaurant à éviter trop spongieux a mon goût . J’en ai d’ailleurs fait part au patron, ceci ne concerne que mon goût personnel.trois étoiles me semble une bonne note ????????♂️
Menu très bon plat savoureux et délicat très Belle présentation.

Nous avons été accueilli par une équipe de jeune très professionnel et agréable.

Le lieu est typique de la région et à deux pas de la Saône
La salle est climatisé.
Attention sur la terrasse il fait assez chaud et beaucoup de passage.
Je ne peux que recommander ce restaurant.
