As soon as you step into this Italian restaurant, Tommaso's lilting accent warms your heart. This smiling Sardinian has left his island behind and is now delighting the people of Chalonnais with specialties from his homeland. The menu is short and changes regularly, giving pride of place to seasonal produce. There's no pizza here, just traditional Italian recipes and succulent homemade pasta. The well-decorated dining room is relatively small and leaves little room for the unexpected, so reservations are strongly recommended.

La cuisine, le personnel, tout est parfait.

Le repas a commencé avec une belle entrée en matière (et c’est le cas de le dire) car les entrées étaient très raffinées et légères, idéales pour cet été chaleureux.
Le plat de résistance vient alors vous saisir les papilles afin de vous emmener au sommet de la découverte gustative. Divers arômes se mélangent mais restent discernables et s’harmonisent parfaitement.
Enfin le dessert permet de terminer sur une petite note sucrée en toute légèreté.
Je recommande donc ce restaurant sans hésitation.
